This simple Excel spreadsheet is yours to download free of charge. It has two worksheets for calculating stacks, one that uses limit (max/min) tolerancing, and one that uses nominal plus/minus tolerancing. There's an extra copy of each worksheet that is fully annotated with what I hope are helpful comments. Enjoy!
